There’s a SSSSSSnake in my shoe

Escaped from the zoo

He’s enormous

Maybe poisonous

So dangerous too

There’s a SSSSSSnake in my shoe

Stretched out in full view

He’s kind of long

And big and strong

And orange, red and blue

There’s a SSSSSSnake in my shoe

He’s snoring fast asleep

I’ve nudged him

But can’t budge him

He’s just lying in a heap

There’s a SSSSSSnake in my shoe

Now curled up in a ball

I’ve asked my Mum

If he can come

Along with me to school

There’s a SSSSSSnake in my shoe

He says his name is Keith

And that he’ll stay

At least three days

While showing me his teeth

There’s a SSSSSSnake in my shoe

A rattle SSSSSSnake I think

I’ve fed him cake

Some fillet steak

And bowls of milk to drink

There’s a SSSSSSnake in my shoe

You can hear him hiSSSSSSing

He has no feet

Though seems quite sweet

I won’t suggest you kiss him

There’s a SSSSSSnake in my shoe

He eats children up - it’s true!

So I won’t annoy him

Just enjoy him

I guess that’s the best thing to do

Don’t you?

There’s a SSSSSSnake in my shoe
